We're excited to share that we're teaming up with Nona Lee and Truth DEI Consulting to offer original DEI training programs to corporate executives, teams and organizations utilizing our film The Other Boys of Summer.
Lauren met Nona in 2021 when the Arizona Diamondbacks selected The Other Boys of Summer for a Juneteenth program. Nona was the Chief Legal Office and EVP for the D-backs and lead their D-backs for Change, J.E.D.I. Council - Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion. In 2022, after 22 years with the organization, Nona stepped away from the Diamondbacks to follow her passion and launch her own DEI consulting firm. She's studied extensively and has certificates in D&I and leadership from Cornell and Harvard Law.
We're excited to combine forces and provide innovative DEI training programs to move the needle and create meaningful change that improves business, culture and ultimately the bottomline.
